What is your service area?

Why do I have to pre-pay?
To reserve your time slot and ensure the treatment gets done as efficiently as possible, we require pre-payment for all services. You will receive an email receipt of your payment and selected service date and time, and instructions to reschedule as needed. There is no fee for rescheduling with 24 hours notice or more.
Is ozone toxic?
Depending on concentration, yes, ozone can be toxic to people, animals, and even plants. This is part of the reason it is so effective... and why choosing a properly equipped provider is important. During our ozone treatments, all people and animals are cleared of the vehicle during and after the treatment until a clear reading with our precision ozone meter has been made that verifies levels have returned to safe ambient concentrations.
Where are your products manufactured?
The only "product" we use is ozone, which is generated via electricity and oxygen in the air. Our ozone generator is high quality and industrial strength, and consistant concentration readings are taken throughout the treatment process.
Is the smell afterwards dangerous?
You may notice a crisp, chlorineish smell reminiscent of the air after a thunderstorm or a medical facility after cleaning. Rest assured, this is a temporary and totally safe "after-smell" that is indicative of a successful treatment. It will disapate after a few days, though many customers find it pleasant and fresh.
